LETTERS/CERTIFICATES

1. Certificate of Vaccinations
   An International Vaccine Certificate/Card is required for each person traveling. Original vaccination certificate must be stamped with the official seal of the issuing clinic.

2. Copy of Marriage Certificate
   A notarized certificate is required for each traveling married couple.

3. Copy of Birth Certificate for each child
   A notarized copy of each child's birth certificate is required.

4. Affidavit for unmarried ladies over 14
   Unmarried ladies over the age of 14 should provide a notarized affidavit signed by their parent.

5. Proof of Conversion to Islam/Status in Islam
   Pilgrims who have non-Islamic names must have a statement from any Islamic Center showing their conversion to Islam. The statement must be the original copy and stamped with the official seal of the issuing center.

6. Copy of Death Certificate for Widows
   Widows should provide a notarized copy of the death certificate of their late husband.

1. Valid Passport
   Please make sure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of departure.

2. Copy of Death Certificate for Widows
   Six Standard passport sized photos with white backgrounds are required for each person traveling.

3. Re-entry permit/Copy of green card
   Travel documents of a copy of your green card is required.
