Two weeks before the departure: 50% of the paid amount
One week before the departure 75% of paid amount.
No refunds for partially used tickets. Extra charges for changing dates.

The responsibility of Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. as the tour operator and its agents is limited. Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. 1160 Spring Garden Circle, Naperville, IL 60563, acts only as an agent for passengers in making arrangements for airlines, hotels, buses, or any other services in connection with the tour. Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. assumes no liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, accidents, delays through the tour or as a direct or indirect act of God and/or dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment, acts of government/other authorities de jure/de facto, wars, and weather declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, and medical or custom regulations or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports and visas or other documents. Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. will accept no responsibility of the airline to determine what procedures to follow. The policy chosen by that carrier shall be based upon their procedure and shall not be the responsibility of Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. and its affiliates. Marhaba Tours and Travels Inc. shall not be responsible for any person missing any part of the program due to his/her negligence or absenteeism for any time during the tour and will not be responsible for any additional expense for their participation to rejoin the tour. Moreover, no changes will be honored after departures; as well as no refunds will be given for any service rendered not utilized.
